I am Dr. Mildred Watson, your Sexual Healing Coach and Clinical Sexologist and with over 20 years of experience guiding individuals and couples through their deeply personal journey of reclaiming their sexual wholeness individually and relationally.

My approach blends experience, clinical expertise and countless testimonies with spiritual wisdom. I have discernment and I am unorthodox as it relates to your sexual concern, needs and issues, which affords me the ability to address the emotional, physical, and the relevant, realistic impact of sexual abuse, shame, trauma, inhibitions, and unrealistic expectations of ourselves as well as others, that leads to unhealthy connections. Our unhealed past experiences are not conducive to anyone leading and or living, fulfilling, fun filled, joyful, and most of all healthy-wholesome sex lives.

I believe that sexual healing is sacred work, when done properly that work extends the invitation to reconnect with your body, to rediscover your voice and to experience intimacy, romance and love the way our creator created us to which aligns with our spirit, our values and our truth.
